Sports for children has many advantages as well as disadvantages. We all know that children really like playing. Well, sport for children is not about playing only, also about health. A lot of kids today really likes sports. Sport is really good for their health and muscle coordination.
Body endurance is pretty important for child. So when they grew up, they'll grow stronger for everyday activities. By doing sports their health is also better. They will not be sick so easily. Sports also can improve their body structure and improve their mental stability.
But, there is also some disadvantages about sports for children. When a child doing spot, their often forgets about time. They just keep pushing their weak body until it has reached the limit and injury happens. Sometimes children fight each other because there is something they didn't like. So, that would be best if there is parents watching over them.
Sport is very important for child as they grew up. By doing sports, children will develop a better mental, and emotion stability and also body endurance. Parents and teachers needs to support they child and prevent child for being injured.
